Your bag and gift details
When you add a gift, the product selection, recipient name, sender name, and message are saved in this browser for up to seven days. Removing the item removes those details from the bag. These details are not sent to our server until you request checkout. Preview text is displayed locally.
Enquiries
Submitting a corporate or contact form sends the details you provide to our team’s database so the team can respond. Do not include payment details or sensitive personal information. Closed enquiries are deleted after 90 days; open enquiries remain while they are being handled. You can request deletion through the contact form.
Anonymous measurement
We count collection visits and shopping actions by day, concept, and broad source category. This measurement uses no analytics cookies, advertising identifiers, email addresses, gift messages, or cross-site profiles. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Counts are retained for 90 days. Aggregate counts do not identify individual visitors.
Security and hosting
Railway hosts the application and database. Short-lived, keyed hashes of network addresses are used to limit abusive requests; we do not save raw addresses in the application database. Hosting providers may process network addresses in their operational logs. Data may be processed outside your country of residence.
When orders open
Checkout will be handled by Shopify and the merchant’s chosen payment provider. Necessary delivery and personalization details will be shared with the appointed fulfillment supplier. Card details are never handled or stored by this application. The supplier’s identity, final retention rules, and applicable privacy terms will be confirmed before orders open.
