The physical gift
The intended package contains a presentation box, a product-specific printed sleeve, and a personalized printed card. The conceptual product is intentionally absent. Packaging shown on this site is a visualization.
Shipping
Supported destinations, dispatch times, delivery estimates, tracked services, costs, and any duties will be published once the fulfillment arrangement is confirmed. You will see applicable shipping charges and taxes before paying.
Returns and cancellations
Return and cancellation procedures, any treatment of personalized goods, and statutory consumer rights will be published before sales open. We do not presently state an exclusion, deadline, or fee that has not been reviewed for the relevant jurisdiction.
Corporate delivery
Tell us the number of gifts, destinations, and desired date in your corporate enquiry. A written proposal will confirm feasibility and delivery terms before any commitment.
Order tracking
When orders open, your confirmation email will contain a secure order-status link. We never ask you to enter payment information to track a package.
